A Personal Journey

I originally set out to follow the normal rules of freelancing, believing that hard work, flexibility and independence would lead to freedom. It did not take long to realise that the model was flawed. Everything relied on me, growth meant longer hours and there was no real structure to support the business long term.

That realisation is what drove the change. I knew there had to be a better way, not just for me, but for freelance marketers and solo marketing businesses everywhere. I built my work around challenging that model and proving that structure, support and doing things differently can create sustainable success.

Being recognised through industry awards means a lot, not because of titles or trophies, but because it validates that rewriting the rules of freelancing and innovating via franchising really matters.
