Katie knows how powerful a bit of recognition can be.
After winning Best Leader in Marketing at the Global Women in Marketing Awards and being shortlisted for multiple national awards including being shortlisted at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards (twice!), she’s experienced the buzz that comes with having your work celebrated.
But these days, she’s just as excited to be behind the scenes, championing others as a judge.
Katie proudly sits on the judging panels for the UK StartUp Awards, EWiF Awards, and the Global Women in Marketing Awards—yes, the very awards that once had her name on their winner’s list.
For Katie, it’s all about giving back. She loves seeing upcoming talent and their dreams and ambitions for their work. The passion, creativity and grit that so many founders, franchisees and marketers pour into their businesses is huge, and seeing it first hand whilst being able to help provide recognition is brilliant.
Every judging session is a reminder of just how much talent is out there, and how important it is to shine a light on it.
